imperative training nominated for customer service award

Irlam-based imperative training have today announced that they have been shortlisted for the prestigious customer service award at this year’s E3 Business Awards, which will be held in Bolton next month.

Since launching in 2003, imperative training have gone on to become one of the largest independent first aid training providers, having worked with businesses including Starbucks and Costco.

Alongside First Aid courses, imperative training also offer training in areas such as food hygiene, manual handling and fire safety. Chief Executive David Howarth said of the nomination: “It is a great honour to be acknowledged for our customer service as it’s something we take incredible pride in. Our mission is to always provide a fun, enjoyable and practical service to our customers throughout every industry sector we work with.”

The E3 Business Awards were launched to recognise enterprising organisations from across the North West who are working hard to lead the return to regional prosperity. Mubarak Chati, managing director of 1 Events Media, which hosts the E3 Awards, says that “each year, it becomes more of an achievement to win a finalist’s place”.

“Every year since we’ve started, we’ve seen an increase in nominations and a corresponding increase in quality. This year, across all sixteen award categories, we’ve seen an increase of around 25% on last year. That’s on top of last year’s increase which was itself up more than 30% on 2014.

“Given the number and the high standard of entries, we certainly gave the Nominations Panel a difficult job. For imperative training to have been named as a finalist for 2016 is an achievement of which they should be very proud.”

The E3 Business Awards will be held at the Macron Stadium in Bolton on Friday 3rd June.
