A popular Doncaster based public house is set to close for a major refurbishment in the next couple of weeks - to bring exciting new offerings to guests.
The Green Tree Inn on the outskirts of Hatfield - on the way to Sandtoft and Thorne, will be closing on Friday 10th June for two weeks to make the contemporary changes which will include the addition of a pizza oven, salad cart, completely new décor throughout and a fresh looking menu.
The venue, set to unveil its new look on Friday 24th June will be employing 16 new members of staff across the kitchen and front of house areas to offer an even better service for all regulars and new visitors alike.
Kate Everatt, general manager of The Green Tree Inn explains: “The entire team is extremely excited about the refurbishment and we can’t wait to have the grand unveiling at the end of June.
“The new pizza oven will allow us to offer homemade delights to eat in or take out, tasty burgers, a fresh salad bar alongside a menu of pub classics and new additions for guests to get their teeth stuck into.”
The new look will also mark the start of the pubs charity campaign, to raise £8,000 across several fundraising events for Cancer Research and two local causes.
