Buyers eagerly anticipate opening of new showhome

A new showhome located on a residential development in Colburn will officially launch this Bank Holiday weekend.

Following the start of construction by Persimmon Homes Teesside in January, Colburn Walk has generated lots of interest from buyers including those wanting to take their first step on to the property or growing families in need of more space.
