Housebuilder launches new Coventry development
A new housing development has been launched to meet rising demand in Coventry, after it was announced sales have sky-rocketed in the past six months.
Persimmon Homes Central has sold out of properties on its canal-side Weavers Wharf development and is experiencing very strong demand.
The housebuilder will be releasing 120 two, three and four bedroom homes from their latest phase to match this demand, as well as launching a new showhome from the site later this year.
Amanda Benjamin, sales director at Persimmon Homes Central, said: “After the success at Weavers Gate, it is encouraging to see such fantastic sales at Weavers Wharf, in what is a very charming location alongside Coventry’s canal.
“Prices start on the development from just £154,995 for our two bedroom semi-detached home, The Alnwick, which has an open plan dining room and kitchen as well as front aspect living room.
“We are continuing to meet the demand for homes across the Coventry area, with other sites including Paragon Park on Foleshill Road and The Brooks on Holbrooks Way.”
Persimmon will also continue with its thriving Community Champions programme in 2016. So far the company has donated money to Coventry charities such as Broad Street Meeting Hall, Coventry Leofric Lions and Pearl Hyde Primary School. Small groups and charities can apply for a donation by visiting www.persimmonhomes.com/charity.
