Iconic site to get new showhome
A leading UK housebuilder is set to unveil its latest showhome on an iconic site in Coventry next month. The property at Paragon Park will be available to view on Foleshill Road, giving prospective buyers the chance to take a look around the home. Launched in December last year, the site offers more than 100 properties on the former home of world-leading man-made fibre factory, Courtaulds. The factory dates back to the 1920s, with the fabric and clothing manufacturers employing over 5,000 staff during the 1950s and 60s. Located less than two miles from Coventry city centre the development features a range of two, three and four bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. Amanda Benjamin, sales director at Persimmon Homes Central, said: “We’re proud to be releasing our latest showhome on what is a famous site in Coventry. “We will be taking the wraps off this stunning home soon and house hunters can get a glimpse themselves of this fantastic home and discuss deals with our sales advisors.” The Courtauld’s impressive façade has also been retained for this new development, with further homes to be built on the site later this year.
