Square One Utilities reach final of national awards

A Boldon Colliery based Energy Consultancy are celebrating after reaching the final of a national award for Best Customer Service. The Energy Live Consultancy Awards (TELCA) final will take place on the 30th of June and Square One Utilities will be representing the North East after making it through the first round of Judging.

This will be the second year in a row Square One Utilities have made the final of the awards after being national finalists of the Most Trusted Consultancy Award last year. This year they have their sights set on the Best Customer Service Award.

Energy consultancy’s throughout the UK will be at the final in June and the awards are the biggest of their kind for the industry.

Alison Thomson, Commercial Manager said ’‘We are delighted to have been recognised in a national award for our Customer Service. We pride ourselves on the level of customer service we provide to our clients and having the chance to fly the flag for the North East is something we are very proud of. We were overwhelmed by the fantastic testimonials written by our clients and suppliers which we included in our application and I feel it was this that would have caught the judges eyes.’’
