Hendy Group recognised in Motability Awards
South coast-based Hendy Group has been recognised for outstanding customer service in the Motability Dealer Awards.
Hendy Group was highly commended in the award for Website of the Year which is judged on ease of navigation and the availability of up-to-date, accurate information.
Paul Hendy, managing director of Hendy Group said the company is committed to providing the very highest of standards to all customers and this award was welcome recognition of its work.
Peter Wilson, general manager of dealer relations at Motability Operations: “We are very impressed as always, with the high standard of service delivered by our network of dealers and specialists and are pleased to reward them through our Motability Scheme Dealer Awards programme.”
The awards recognise dealers and dealer groups across nine categories and is designed to reward best practice and ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the dealer network.
The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme to customers, and is assessed through customer feedback, reviews of their Motability Scheme performance and levels of engagement.
Disabled people who receive either the Higher Rate Mobility Component of the Disability Living Allowance, the Enhanced Rate of the Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment, the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement or the Armed Forces Independence Payment can choose to exchange their weekly mobility payment, to lease a new car, scooter or powered wheelchair through the Motability Scheme.
