Business transformation delivers success for Dynistics
Investment strategies, including local hires, partners and apprentices, deliver platform for growth
Solihull-based technology firm, Dynistics, has today announced ambitious growth plans to deliver 100% year-on-year revenue growth. Based in the University of Warwick Science Park’s Blythe Valley Innovation Centre, the announcement comes as Dynistics reaches the first anniversary of its management buy-out which took place in Q1, 2015.
The British company has undergone an unprecedented transformation during the last 12 months, during which it has invested in 15 significant new hires across the business people, introduced flexible software finance options and most recently announced a new channel strategy to establish a global network of partners, some serviced from new operations in London.
Dynistics has also introduced a new apprenticeship scheme to deliver career opportunities in the technology market. It has already hired two apprentices at its Solihull office with both recruits studying their BTEC Level 3 Diploma in IT. The apprentices are able to gain vital work based experience building on transferrable skills with hands on technical knowledge of live working systems whilst learning and gaining qualifications at the same time.
The transformation has helped to deliver the 15% year-on-year revenue growth achieved in the last year. It now boasts a user base of 100,000+ users of its Active Dashboard technology from success in key vertical sectors including higher education, further education and recruitment. The owners have also committed to continue to reinvest all profits back into the business to drive further success and growth.
“We’ve been well-placed to drive business growth from our headquarters in Solihull, sourcing new hires, partners and apprentices from the local region to build the skills and knowledge required for our growth targets. The last year has been an intense period of transformation and investment, which has been funded by reinvesting our profits from our revenue growth. We now have the right foundations in place for high growth for the future,” comments Andy Richardson, CEO at Dynistics.
Dynistics is anticipating revenues from its channel partner network to account for 30% of annual turnover within the next 12 months. The company has already signed several new channel partners, including Itslearning, a sector specialist in the education market, based in Milton Keynes together with leading recruitment software provider, Jobscience and leading recruitment software provider and recruitment CRM provider, Kamanchi. Growing demand for low cost and easy-to-use Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics tools for better reporting and business analysis across all sectors, Dynistics’ is looking to increase market share in a variety of sectors.
Existing Dynistics’ customers state its fast implementation and ability to deliver a quick return on investment were key reasons for choosing its dashboard technology.
