Albany Assistance employees complete IT Apprenticeship
Peterlee claims management company, Albany Assistance are proud to announce that two members of their IT team, Richard Arrowsmith and Ryan Towell have completed their IT Professional Level 3 Apprenticeship, in partnership with Newton Aycliffe based Baltic Training.
The 12 month course has helped cement the knowledge that both Richard and Ryan already had, whilst teaching them additional skills they are able to use across the business. They are now continuing their studies embarking on the level 4 programme, all while still working full time on Albany’s IT Service Desk.
Andrew Langford, IT Services Director spoke of the achievement, “We believe it is extremely important to continue to develop our team’s knowledge and skills, and the opportunity to work in partnership with Baltic Training helps to facilitate this drive. I am very proud of the dedication and hard work that both Richard and Ryan have shown and I would like to wish them well in their future studies.”
Building on this success, Albany Assistance are now looking to roll out the level 3 course amongst the other team members, with one employee already enrolled to begin early next term.
