Chalfont St Peter development set to launch
Prestigious housebuilder Charles Church is preparing to unveil an exclusive development in Buckinghamshire. Charles Church North London will officially launch its bespoke development in the picturesque village of Chalfont St Peter. The Grange, which is based at the former Holy Cross Convent School site and is close to greenbelt land at Gold Hill Common, will offer a stunning collection of two, three, four and five bedroom houses and apartments, which are ideal for growing families and professional couples alike. The development, which will consist of 177 properties, will provide much needed new homes to the area and the former chapel will be refurbished for future use as a community building to benefit both new and existing residents. Greg Kaye, head of sales for Charles Church North London, said: “Chalfont St Peter is a much sought-after location which has been identified as a site for housing for some time. “Our aim is to bring the quality of property synonymous with Charles Church to the area, while retaining the vibrant community spirit which exists through the development of a new community building for residents. “The properties will come in a variety of designs, delivering individual homes with flexible accommodation including living and entertaining spaces.” Chalfont St Peter offers a number of ‘outstanding’ Ofsted school options in close proximity, including Chalfont St Peter C of E Academy, Chalfont St Peter Infants School and The Gerrards Cross C of E School. The village’s picturesque market place hosts a number of independent shops, giving it a wonderful community feel, while strong transport links provide easy access to larger towns including High Wycombe, Watford and Slough.
