Manchester sales and letting agent goes digital with new property management app
A company in Manchester is seeking to transform the sales and letting process with the launch of a new app.
JP Hay Sales & Lettings has created My Property to allow landlords to use their smartphones to view tenancy details such as agreement length, current tenants, maintenance progress and deposit protection.
The app also provides access to tenancy documents and statements, while real-time analytics data covers viewings, feedback and offers from prospective occupants.
For tenants, My Property users have the option of checking dates for upcoming inspections, viewing rent payments and reporting maintenance issues.
JP Hay Sales & Lettings’ managing director, Samantha Hay, said: “We are very excited to be launching My Property for our landlords and tenants, and have been delighted with the feedback we have received.
“We believe that this is a great step forward, and our team are very much looking forward to developing the My Property app further, working in partnership with our landlords and tenants to find new and better ways to make the property experience pleasurable for everyone.”
