New Market Town Offices Are Big Hit

New office suites created in the historic, Fairtrade market town of Garstang, Lancashire, have proved extremely popular with the local business community with five out of seven suites under offer to new tenants prior to completion, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co. LLP

Located on the first and second floors above the retail units adjoining Booths foodstore on Cherestanc Square, Park Hill Road, the first floor office suites range in size from 217 sq ft to 1,801 sq ft. Local solicitors Harrison Drury, who have operated from the first floor since 2010, will be joined by other tenants ready to move in on completion in the next few weeks.

LLP said, “There has been a growing requirement in Garstang and its surrounds for offices to accommodate a range of small to mid-sized businesses and the upper space above the existing retail units provides the perfect solution. By dividing the upper floor space into smaller suites, landlord Booths has been able to fulfil a local demand and help businesses find a foothold in Garstang town centre.”

The whole of the second floor at 1,658 sq ft is under offer to a local business and three further office suites on the first floor are under offer. Two suites are still available to let of 217 sq ft and 389 sq ft respectively.

The finished office suites will benefit from solid flooring finished with carpet tiles, double glazing, air conditioning, perimeter trunking for data and power, communal kitchen and WC facilities with both lift and stair access.
