Phoenix Digital establishes permanent base at MediaCityUK
Digital marketing agency Phoenix Digital is the latest company to join MediaCityUK’s growing community of creative and media businesses after launching a permanent base at the development.
The company’s new office at The Greenhouse comes just months after it was founded by Davinia Hamilton-Maddox and Chris Gibson, who combined more than 20 years of experience to bring their digital marketing startup to fruition.
Davina commented: “The online landscape is instrumental in connecting brands with their audiences, and the way we do this for our clients is both simple and effective.
“We follow a carefully considered process to establish what our clients want, which we then use to create amazing, digital experiences and deliver strong returns on investment.”
She continued: “The beauty of being based in The Greenhouse is that we are neighbours with a lot of like-minded enterprises so there is the chance to collaborate and really be part of the creative mix at MediaCityUK.”
Davina, who has previously worked for a number of agencies, including Connectpoint, Gyro Manchester, Clock Creative and TBWA, will focus on advising and managing clients’ digital marketing projects.
Chris, meanwhile, is the former director and owner of Manchester-based digital agency sevenpointsix. With Phoenix Digital, Chris will head up the firm’s web development and technical operations.
Stephen Wild, MediaCityUK’s managing director, said: “Phoenix Digital is an exciting new start-up agency in Manchester and we are delighted that they have chosen MediaCityUK as their launchpad.
“They join a growing community of expanding creative and digital enterprises which collaborate and share knowledge in a way that isn’t as easy in other working spaces.”
He added: “The Greenhouse is thriving and we are excited for Phoenix Digital to be part of the story.”
Phoenix Digital currently counts law firms, education providers and designers among its clients. Just recently, the firm started working with catalogue retailer Argos.
Earlier this week, MediaCityUK revealed plans to double in size by 2026 with an additional 540,000 sq ft of office space and 1,800 new homes.
