Williams Liverpool BMW Sponsors Key Event
Leading prestige motor retail centre, Williams Liverpool BMW has been confirmed as this year’s official car sponsor for the forthcoming Liverpool Hope University International Tennis Tournament.
Williams Liverpool BMW will provide luxury transport for the City’s highly-coveted sporting event, ensuring renowned tennis players from the ATP and WTA circuit combined with the ever popular legends of tennis, arrive in comfort and style before their matches.
During the four day event, the retail centre will also showcase a number of the latest BMW models including the head-turning BMW i8 super car, BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer, BMW X1, BMW M4, BMW 1 Series and the BMW 2 Series Convertible. Attendees will have the chance to familiarise themselves with the state-of-the-art vehicles from Thursday 16 June until the final on Sunday 19 June.
Tony Crolla, head of business at Williams Liverpool BMW, commented: “We are thrilled to be part of the Liverpool Hope University International Tennis Tournament for the fourth time. The event is a key date in the City’s sporting calendar and so we are always keen to be involved in some way.
“We look forward to transporting the tennis professionals to and from the tournament at Liverpool Cricket Club this June.”
The Liverpool Hope University International Tennis Tournament celebrates its 15th year in 2016. Since 2002 it has brought legends including John McEnroe, Marion Bartoli, David Ferrer and Greg Rusedski to the city.
Tournament director Anders Borg said: “We are delighted to have such a prestigious local brand as Williams Liverpool BMW on board as our Official Car Supplier and really look forward to working with them this Summer.”
