Gardens open at Capheaton Hall on 25 June

One of the great halls of Northumberland, Capheaton Hall, will open its gardens on 25 June 2016 in aid of the High Sheriff of Northumberland Fund at the Community Foundation Tyne & Wear and Northumberland.

The Capheaton Hall gardens will be open to the public from 10 am to 5pm, where you will have a chance to view a historic Georgian conservatory, splendid green parkland and a fully working kitchen garden. There will be a plant store, cakes and tea hosted by Willy Browne-Swinburne, the High Sheriff of Northumberland.

Capheaton Hall is a magnificient Grade 1 listed house, and the family home of the Browne-Swinburne’s. For a full history please visit
