Housebuilder to launch Houghton Regis development
A leading UK housebuilder is set to bring new homes to Houghton Regis this summer, as the latest development in the town is unveiled.
Persimmon Homes North London is to build 62 homes on the first phase of its Kyngshouton development on Bedford Road.
The housebuilder has two, three and four bedroom properties on its first phase, ranging from the two bedroom mid terrace house The Hanbury, to the four bedroom detached house, The Warwick.
Greg Kaye, head of sales for Persimmon Homes North London, said: “We are proud to be launching our latest development in the region on our Kyngshouton site in Houghton Regis later this year, with working having already started.
“The site is a fantastic one, which has great local amenities such as two major supermarkets, a shopping centre, a bank and two petrol stations.
“It is also conveniently placed near to the M1 motorway, making it an ideal location for commuters, young professionals or growing families.
“We have been receiving great interest on Kyngshouton, so I would encourage prospective house hunters to act fast to secure their property.”
