Preparations underway as housebuilder to launch latest site
A leading UK housebuilder is set to bring a wealth of new homes to Bramley, after announcing the launch of its latest development.
Charles Church Thames Valley’s St James Park development is set to be launched in August, with 57 properties in its first batch of homes.
The exclusive site will bring a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes to the Hampshire village.
Preparations are well underway on the site, with a key road being laid as the housebuilder gears up for launch.
Rachel Faulkner, sales director for Charles Church Thames Valley, said: “We are thrilled to be putting the foundations in place for what will be a fantastic site in Bramley.
“With an August opening on the horizon, we are working hard to bring much needed new homes to the area.
“The development is perfect for first time buyers and families, with a wide variety of stunning homes available that will epitomise Charles Church’s quality.”
St James Park is under half a mile from Bramley train station, which has direct routes to Basingstoke and Reading. It also has easy access to both the M3 and M4, making it ideal for commuters.
