Middlesbrough tech firm pens £1.5m deal with international digital services company

Call centre platform specialists Evaluagent has announced a major two-year contract with European digital services company Atos.

The deal, which is worth £1.5m, will see the Middlesbrough-based technology company provide its full Workforce Engagement platform to key Atos accounts as the French firm looks to support its continual improvement efforts for customer experience.

Evaluagent’s platform aims to get call centre employees motivated through gamification and social elements, along with call monitoring, coaching and customer insight features which are all focused on improving customer experience.

Jaime Scott, Managing Director at EvaluAgent hailed the ‘game-changing’ new initiative by Atos, and predicted that more organisations would follow suit in adopting their engagement platform to improve customer experience.

He said: “We’re delighted our technology is being recognised as a key component of an innovative and game-changing Atos initiative to further improve customer experience for their clients.

“It’s undoubtable that many other leading call centres will soon adopt Workforce Engagement to truly differentiate their brand, and ensure they have a highly satisfied customer base and workforce.”

David Haley, Senior Vice President at Atos UK&I, added: “Ensuring the best customer service is delivered to our clients and their customers is our ultimate aim.

“EvaluAgent technology will give our workforce new capabilities and skills to further enhance the great service they deliver every day through engagement.”

As part of the agreement, EvaluAgent also become part of the Atos SME Harbour programme which helps the digital services company identify specialist small and medium sized businesses to work with on customer projects.
