Hunters’ Sheffield expansion continues with launch of sixth office at Hillsborough
Hunters Estate Agents, the network of independently-owned sales and letting agents, has expanded its Sheffield presence with a sixth office located in the centre of Hillsborough.
Solicitor Clare Darwood, from hlw Keeble Hawson’s property team, played a key role in representing the franchisee in securing the lease on ground floor offices at 1 Middlewood Road.
With existing Sheffield operations in Crookes, Woodseats, Hunters Bar, Stocksbridge and Chapeltown, the Hillsborough outlet has undergone refurbishment and a hi-spec refit including the latest multi-colour LED individual property window displays.
For franchise owner Stuart Goff, the addition to the portfolio of the 2nd generation family business, which he runs with his son Stephen, a chartered surveyor, is like coming home - having opened his first estate agency in Hillsborough almost fifty years ago, in 1967.
Franchise owner Stuart Goff, who runs the business with his son, said: “I have been a client of hlw Keeble Hawson for many years and the property team has helped me to establish and grow a business that employs highly qualified and experienced estate agents who are trained to the highest standards.
“The latest office is a formative milestone in our development and we are looking forward to delivering our top class service to even more clients.”
Richard Smith, hlw Keeble Hawson partner and head of commercial property, added: “Stuart’s track record has secured Hunters a well-earned reputation and healthy growth over the years.
“We are proud to have played a role as the business continues to go from strength to strength and we wish Stuart and the team continued success in their new premises.”
