Building products distributor Wolesley UK snaps up space at Knowsley Industrial Park
Wolesley UK, part of global building products distributor Wolesley plc, has acquired space at Knowsley Industrial Park.
The Reading-headquartered company secured a 7,200 sq ft unit at Coopers Point on a five-year lease.
Located at J4 of the M57, Coopers Point is composed of 13 industrial and trade units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 7,200 sq ft.
Existing occupiers at the scheme, for which Liverpool firm Roy Backhouse & Co is joint agent alongside CBRE, include insulated panelling firm HIL Installations, packaging company Hylands Packaging and appliance parts supplier Lazer Electrics.
Darren Hill, an associate director of industrial agency with CBRE Liverpool, commented: “It’s great to see the addition of Wolesley UK to Coopers Point, and this letting follows the recent letting of unit 11 to Vogue Ceramics, which means we have just three units remaining.
“With its prominence and visibility combined with roadside presence we are seeing strong interest and we are looking forward to achieving full occupation of the scheme in due course.”
