Twenty promotions at PKF Cooper Parry
20 members of the team at Midlands-based PKF Cooper Parry have been rewarded with promotions in recognition of their continued development and contribution to the firm’s growth.
The firm, which was recently named in the 2016 Sunday Times list of the Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work for, employs a team of more than 250 at its East Midlands Airport headquarters and a further 160 people at its offices in Birmingham.
Promotions have been made across all areas of the firm. In the East Midlands, Sally Saunders has been appointed a director in the corporate finance team. In the wealth team Rachel Kitching and Peter Brewill have been made directors and Tracey Corbett has been promoted to Manager Level 1.
A number of senior promotions have been made across the audit team. Amanda Betts has been made a Senior Manager and Laura Kiley, Sarah Timperley, Jennifer Scott and Gemma Jones are all Senior Associates.
In the tax team Cally Bamford and Peter Hully have been made senior managers and Stacey Tate has been promoted to Manager Level 1.
Steve Brooks has been made a senior manager and Matt Kiernan has been promoted to Manager Level 1 in the IT solutions team, whilst Sarah Page and Anne-Marie Smedley have been promoted to Manager Level 1 in the finance and sales and marketing teams respectively.
Four promotions have been made in the firm’s Birmingham office, which was established at the beginning of the year following PKF Cooper Parry’s merger with established West Midlands accountancy firm Clement Keys.
In the audit team. Rob Chatwin has been made a director and Jenny Knowles promoted to Manager Level 1. In the tax team, Charn Bains, has been made a senior manager and Chris Fox has been promoted to Manager Level 2.

PKF Cooper Parry is one of the largest independent firms of business advisers in the Midlands with an established track record of helping local businesses and private clients in the UK and internationally.
The firm acts for more locally owned private businesses in the Midlands with a turnover in excess of £5m than any other accounting, tax and advisory firm.
In January 2016 the firm merged with established Birmingham accountants Clement Keys to create a £30m turnover group with a 350 strong workforce spanning the East and West Midlands.
