Michael heads Martin & Co new division

SHEFFIELD estate agency Martin & Co has appointed Michael Jacques as Business Development Manager for the company’s Land and New Homes Division.

Martin & Co is part of the largest letting and property management franchise business in the UK, with a network of 192 offices across the country.

The new division, based at the company’s Sheffield office in Campo Lane, will specialise in finding and sourcing land for developers.

Under Michael’s supervision, the Land and New Homes division will also then market any new developments to potential property investors and purchasers.

Michael, who is 24 and lives in Derbyshire, graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BSc in Planning and Development and has extensive experience as both a land manager and client manager.

“Our Land and New Homes Division is an extremely important part of our South Yorkshire strategy for growth,” said Martin & Co General manager Keith Egan.

“We are delighted to welcome Michael to the team and believe he has an important contribution to make to our plans for the future.”
