NFS brings 24/7 online booking to venue market

NFS Technology Group has announced the launch of the Rendezvous Portal, a step-change in booking that will allow venues to offer the kind of easy booking that has already transformed the world of hotel reservations.

Customers are also able to book a room and enquire about another at the same time.

Luis said: “For instance, if I need a small bookable space for a meeting of five people I can book it straight away – and put in a request for a larger space for 25 people so I have a combination of space.”

The easy-to-use Portal also boosts productivity, releasing valuable event and management staff from the time-consuming task of taking bookings.

It helps with rates and yield management, because the venue can control rates and availability for the online market, making special offers where required.

The portal will also be valuable to venues to grow their share of the late meeting and small meeting segments, which is now dominated by office space providers.
