Three occupiers agree to new leases at Capitol Park in Leeds

Three established occupiers have agreed new deals to pledge their future to Capitol Park Leeds, Sterling Capitol’s business park by Junction 28 of the M62.

The NHS Shared Business Services Ltd, Hermes and Depuy International have all signed extensions to their leases, in deals brokered by the Leeds office of property consultancy Knight Frank.

The new leases, relating to a combined space of 140,000 sq ft, will run until 2022/2023.

Mike Heydecke, director of Sterling Capitol, commented: “These three tenants have been at Capitol Park Leeds for a combined total of more than 35 years, which is a ringing endorsement of our business park. So, too, is the fact that they have all signed new leases, which will keep them here until at least 2022.

It is simply not good enough to build a few office buildings and hope occupiers will come.”
