50% sold at new homes devlopment in Ripon

50% SOLD AT £2 MILLION NEW HOMES DEVELOPMENT IN RIPON

Half of the properties at an exclusive new homes development at Wheatsheaf Close in Ripon have sold months before the development will be completed, leaving just four homes still available.

The remaining three and four bedroom homes are part of a £2million project by Yorkshire based Advent Developments to deliver much-needed high quality new homes in Ripon.

Tim Reeve from Advent Developments says: “Wheatsheaf Close is just one mile from Ripon’s City Centre and the development enjoys a really attractive position in an established residential area that is easily accessible and also in a great location for excellent schools as well as access to Harrogate.

Advent Developments recently created 38 homes in York at Bootham Green, which was named the region’s best residential development at the 2015 Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Pro Yorkshire Awards. The company also recently transformed a former school in Rothwell into 14 unique new homes and is currently working on an £8 million new homes development, known as Greenhill Fold, that will see a former school in Upper Wortley transformed into 49 village homes.
