Family-run property developer builds new four-bedroom homes in Longridge
Inglewhite Homes, a family-run property developer, has built a raft of new houses in the heart of Lancashire.
The project, delivered with six-figure funding support from NatWest, comprised four new four-bedroom homes in Longridge.
Each house features an aKAM kitchen incorporating integrated Neff appliances and other bespoke features.
Bill Thompson, director at Inglewhite Homes, said: “The new development in Longridge brings much-needed family housing in a much-loved location in the heart of Lancashire.
“Each of the homes have been built to meet Sustainability Code 4 guidelines which is central to our business.”
Inglewhite Homes formerly traded as Thompson Homes Ltd, changing its name following a recent rebrand and restructure. Founded in 2004 and based in the Ribble Valley, the company is run by Bill and his partner, Ros, along with daughters Megan and Scarlett.
Speaking further, Bill commented: “We felt it was important to us to reflect our refined company image and strategy and in turn, this has enabled us to expand and increase our effectiveness as contemporary developers who stand out from the rest.
“We have had excellent support from the NatWest team who understand our long terms business goals and ambitions.”
The deal was supported by NatWest’s Karen Clough, a senior relationship manager of real estate finance in the North West.
She said: “Inglewhite Homes is a fantastic family-run property developer which provides high quality housing across the North West.
“The implementation of the new sustainable strategy demonstrates their commitment to the industry and we wish them every success for the future.”
