The next stage of software automation

Software specialist Parker Software has released ThinkAutomation 4.0, the long-awaited update to the company’s leading business process automation platform.

“This upgrade is a long time in coming, and it’s been a labour of many years of research and development,” comments Howard Williams, Marketing Director at Parker Software.

“ThinkAutomation is an advanced parser that processes any inbound message and pushes it to the right place in your database or CRM,” Williams explains. “It then offers intelligent, automated responses to those messages – saving businesses time and effort.

“With version 4.0, we’ve added extensive new functionality to the product such as sentiment analysis, social media monitoring and SMS-driven automation, all as part of our bid to help businesses increase efficiency.”

The sweeping software upgrade promises a new era of automation efficiency. Daniel Horton, Technical Manager at Parker Software, comments: “Now, ThinkAutomation version 4.0 can automate everything from telephone calls to social updates. Our developers have built new features that allow 24/7/365 digital monitoring, with powerful automated responses across SMS, email, live web chat, web forms, social media and telephone calls.

“As well as parsing, processing and responding, ThinkAutomation offers analysis on inbound messages. We’ve incorporated a sentiment scoring system into our latest update, that scans all inbound messages for positive or negative feelings. So far, this has been tested with a 98% success rate, out of a body of 1000 texts.

“And that just scratches the surface of our technical team’s work on the 4.0 upgrade. It’s a mammoth update, and one that we hope will deliver massive operational benefits.

“We know that offices operate in environments that are increasingly hectic and process-intensive. That’s why we’ve developed ThinkAutomation’s new range to help our customers cut through the noise and stay on top of what really matters.”
