Zesty office furniture for Stockton call centre business
North East office furniture specialist, Godfrey Syrett, has completed a bespoke zesty-themed furniture fit-out on behalf of a Stockton-based call centre business.
Lemon Business Solutions has relocated to new offices within Oddysey Systems’ Preston Farm Business Park, a move it says will provide its hard working staff with a better working environment and facilitate plans to increase its 45-strong workforce by 20%.
The 24/7 call centre business, which offers bespoke call management solutions and a range of contact centre services, including web, email and SMS enquiry management, has invested in creating a fully branded workspace within its new offices and appointed Godfrey Syrett to deliver tailored furniture solutions.
Godfrey Syrett has installed collaborative seating pods, sit/stand adjustable work stations, a range of new desks, screens and chairs, all of which have been given a bespoke twist to reinforce the lemon brand.
Lesley Wratten, managing director at Lemon Business Solutions said: “We really wanted to have a fresh and zesty office environment that our staff would enjoy working in and that would also reflect our brand. Our new office gives us the space and capability to expand our team in the future and the furniture designs we have chosen also lend themselves to this.”
Godfrey Syrett’s design and space planning team worked closely with staff at Lemon Business Solutions to plan a modern and stimulating workspace to fit with their brief and budget.
Neil Ross, business development manager at Godfrey Syrett said: “We have developed a fantastic relationship with Lemon, they had a lot of different ideas at the start, we took these and helped them to develop a plan and select a range of office furniture that fitted both their current and future needs.”
He continued: “As the workplace is evolving we are finding that businesses are placing greater emphasis on the comfort and well-being of employees to maximise enjoyment and performance at work. This is impacting on furniture design and we are finding that products such as the sit/stand adjustable seating and collaborative seating pods are becoming increasingly popular.”
Lesley Wratten added: “We had very strong ideas about what we wanted for the new premises and Godfrey Syrett were very responsive throughout the process. Visiting their showroom was a turning point where everything fell into place, as it helped us to visualise what it could look like. They took the furniture planning from something I had been dreading into something we became really excited about.”
Lemon Business Solutions’ relocation completes a hat-trick of new tenants at Odyssey Systems’ newly refurbished business park following JBC Accountants and UK & Ireland SAP User Group who have also recently moved in.
Godfrey Syrett, which has distribution and manufacturing hubs in Durham and Killingworth, has been delivering furniture solutions since 1947 and employs 230 staff.
