Deliveroo forms tasty partnership with Pizza Express across Yorkshire

Deliveroo, the on-demand delivery service for restaurant meals, has partnered up with PizzaExpress in Yorkshire as part of a new, exclusive partnership.

Delivery will now be available from PizzaExpress restaurants in Leeds located at Crown Street, Park Square West, Street Lane, Clarence Dock, Headingley and Albion Place,

Sheffield’s PizzaExpress restaurants are located at Devonshire Street, Ecclesall Road and St Paul’s Place, and the chain’s restaurants in York can be found at River House and St Sampsons Square.

Additionally, customers will receive free delivery via the service for the first month to mark the launch of Leeds’s PizzaExpress restaurants on Deliveroo.

Each order will be made fresh to order and delivered by Deliveroo riders, who aim to deliver food from the restaurant kitchen to the customer within 32 minutes.

They can deliver our hand-made pizzas and other dishes quickly and to an excellent standard; ensuring that our customers experience the same dining experience at home as they would in our restaurants.”

A nationwide roll-out of the partnership is planned to take place by mid-July when PizzaExpress will become Deliveroo’s biggest restaurant partner.

By July 2016, 40% of its restaurants (206 in total) will deliver via the service, with coverage available from Brighton in the South to Aberdeen in Scotland and across Dublin’s Milano offering.
