Homebuyers receive chance to reserve property from £99
Prospective homebuyers will be able to reserve their new home for just £99 this weekend at Radleigh Homes’ new Brindley Park development in Chellaston and will also receive a £1,000 voucher to spend in the Radleigh options centre.
The company, which has seven new schemes across the East Midlands, is launching its new on-site marketing suite at the development off Woodgate Drive with a special open weekend on Saturday 16 July and Sunday 17 July.
Along with offering ‘early bird’ incentives to prospective homebuyers, there’ll be entertainment for the whole family, with a whole host of summer games and sweet treats along the theme of ‘school’s nearly out’, including complimentary cup-cakes and home-made lemonade.
The new marketing suite will showcase the range of house types that will be available at the development and give homebuyers information about the range of initiatives offered by Radleigh to make the aspiration of a new home achievable for as many people as possible.
The exclusive Brindley Park development, which was launched in May, will offer homebuyers the luxury of experiencing village life on the outskirts of the city. Smaller than other developments in the area, it features an outstanding selection of just 54 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached family homes.
Each property will benefit from private parking and its own secure rear garden – and in common with all Radleigh homes, the build quality and finish of the properties is of the highest standard.
The development will have its own unique community feel, with lots of green open spaces throughout and a well-equipped play park, with a whole host of other amenities close by.
Brindley Park will also feature the four bedroom detached ‘Melbourne’ house type, which proved so popular at the recently completed Pheasant Fields development in Spondon.
The ‘Melbourne’ will boast an open plan kitchen/dining/family area and a separate living room, both of which benefit from French doors opening onto the rear garden. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, one with en suite shower room and a further main bathroom.
Speaking about the launch of the new garage, Natalie Griffiths, head of sales at the Radleigh Group, said:
“We look forward to welcoming everyone to the official opening of the new marketing suite on 16 and 17 July.
“Location and lifestyle are both huge factors when deciding on a home and Brindley Park offers homeowners the very best of both worlds – living in a luxurious development in the heart of a picturesque village, with great transport links nearby.
“Since the development was launched we’ve received considerable interest in all the house types and expect a busy weekend when the marketing suite opens,” added Natalie.
Rated as one of the top 15 areas in England to raise children, Chellaston puts homebuyers at the heart of village life, but with great road links to Derby, Nottingham and Leicester via the A50 and M1.
The village boasts excellent local amenities, with a variety of pubs, restaurants and takeaways, along with a library and medical centre. There is a great choice of schools and further education facilities in the area too, including Chellaston Academy for 11 – 18 year olds.
Prices at Brindley Park start from £190,400 with the government’s Help To Buy scheme.
Over the past three decades, Radleigh Homes has established an unrivalled reputation for combining stunning design with highly sought after locations to create vibrant and exciting communities.
The company participates in the government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme, which enables buyers to purchase a house with just a 5% deposit. Radleigh also offers buyers the chance to reserve their new home before they’ve sold their existing one, with its innovative Radleigh ‘One Move’ initiative, plus a part-exchange scheme.
