TIBCO Receives Dresner Advisory Services Industry Excellence Award

TIBCO Software Inc., a global leader in integration and analytics, today announced it has received a 2016 Industry Excellence Award from Dresner Advisory Services, for its high customer rating received in the 2016 Wisdom of Crowds Business Intelligence Market Study. TIBCO received an Overall Leadership award, further substantiating the value of its innovative BI portfolio and its dedication to customer satisfaction. The awards are presented to vendors achieving leadership status in the 2016 Wisdom of Crowds Business Intelligence or Enterprise Planning Market Studies. Dresner Advisory’s annual reports are based on data collected from end users and provide a real-world perspective on the BI and planning markets.

The Dresner Advisory Services Industry Excellence Awards recognise vendors who achieved high rankings on one or both of two market models included in its 2016 flagship BI and Planning reports. The Customer Experience model considers the real-world experience of customers working with these technology solutions on a daily basis, plotting vendor touch points - sales and service - and customer sentiment surrounding product and technology. The Vendor Credibility Model considers a vendor’s relationship with their customers, plotting value for price paid against a “confidence” score comprised of integrity and recommend measures.

“Our 2016 Business Intelligence Report, which determines our Industry Excellence Awards winners, was compiled from our largest sampling of the market to date,” said Howard Dresner, founder and chief research officer at Dresner Advisory Services. “We commend our award winners for providing superior experiences in their respective categories and thank our research community and survey participants for their insights.”

The 2016 Industry Excellence Awards are given to 19 vendors across five categories: Overall Leaders, Customer Experience Leaders, Technology Leaders, Credibility Leaders, and Trust Leaders. Overall Leadership awards recognise vendors who demonstrate excellence across all categories of measurement: product/technology, sales and service, value, and confidence.
