Digital marketing firm Colewood announces Bowesfield Park move
North East digital marketing agency Colewood has relocated its headquarters to Teesside to facilitate the next stage of its development.
Moving to a 4,800 sq ft office, based on Kingfisher Court at Bowesfield Park, Stockton, co-founder Travis Coleman said the site provides ‘the right combination of cost effectiveness, good transport links and a reliable fast broadband connection.’
Created by real estate developer Banks Property, Bowesfield Park’s occupants include the likes of Sanderson Weatherall, BHP Law, Archers Law, Handelsbanken, Audi, Lexus and Toyota.
The 35-hectare site also includes over 230 homes and a 15-hectare wildlife conservation area, and plans are currently being progressed to build a further 185 homes on the site in the future.
Stuart Morgan, project manager at Banks Property, adds: “Bowesfield Park provides a unique setting for a substantial number of successful businesses, and we hope the Colewood team enjoys everything that it has to offer.
“Bowesfield Park’s proximity to Thornaby, Stockton, Darlington and Middlesbrough, its excellent transport links and the huge appeal of the maturing and highly-valued nature reserve all combine to make it a great place to both live and work.”
Originally founded in 1999, Colewood offers the full range of digital marketing services, including website ‘pay per click’ management, search engine optimisation, email marketing and website conversion rate optimisation.
Its 50-strong team includes Google-certified PPC professionals, data analysts, software developers and graphic designers, and it develops and delivers comprehensive campaigns for high-profile clients both across the UK and overseas.
Travis Coleman, co-founder of Colewood, says: “We spent a lot of time researching different locations around the area, and Bowesfield Park provided the right combination of cost effectiveness, good transport links and a reliable fast broadband connection.
“The feedback we got from some of the existing commercial tenants on the site was favourable, and with quite a few members of our team living close to Bowesfield Site, relocating here made a lot of sense.”
