Hendy Group takes to the road to keep customers moving
Hendy Ford fleet customers in Hampshire are among the first in the country to be offered a new mobile service to minimise the time any vehicle is out of action.
Stephen Hendy, aftersales director from Hendy Group said that Ford Transit Servicing has been designed to offer customers servicing, maintenance and warranty work at a customer’s premises.
“We have fully trained Ford technicians operating from mobile Transit vans which are fitted with all the diagnostic equipment you would expect in a workshop and they carry a range of parts,’’ said Stephen.
“Our technicians can visit offices, warehouses or wherever a customer is based and by offering this service customers can fit work around their busy schedules without even having to visit our workshops for routine maintenance.”
He said the new service was part of the Hendy commitment to keep customers moving and offer services which fit around their work schedules.
