David Wilson boosts land department with key appointment
Five star housebuilder David Wilson Homes is gearing up for growth with the appointment of a new land director to spearhead expansion in the south west.
Bristol-based Kieran Daya is responsible for land acquisition throughout the region with a focus on the M4 and M5 corridors.
Kieran, who began his professional career as a solicitor, is building a new land team at David Wilson Homes ready for the next phase of expansion at the housebuilder.
“It’s important to have the right people in place so we are strengthening the team with land experts who are familiar with all aspects of the process to ensure we buy land in the best possible locations for our customers,’’ said Kieran who joined David Wilson Homes earlier this year from another housebuilder in the south west.
As part of the long term plans Kieran and the team is responsible for securing land for the next five years to meet demand from buyers now and in the future.
“We have established a good reputation in the area for providing high quality homes and that mission will continue,’’ said Kieran. “We are already looking at a number of key sites from Swindon to Bristol, north to Tewkesbury and south to Taunton.”
