Fundamentum Property completes Eccles resi project The Vaults
Property investment firm Fundamentum Property has completed The Vaults, a residential scheme in Eccles, Greater Manchester.
Fundamentum acquired the Church Street development in a partnership with Aston Property Ventures and, over the last year, has transformed the site into a 7,500 sq ft mixed-use scheme.
The property features a ground-floor commercial unit currently let to RBS Bank on a 10-year lease, while its two upper floors include mix of eight one- and two-bedroom homes.
The Vaults’ apartments are now available to residential buyers, with three of the eight already under offer.
According to Fundamentum, the scheme has received interest from a number of overseas investors since it came to market.
Fundamentum’s property manager, Christian Forbes, said: “Since completion, we have received a lot of interest and positive feedback from people who have been watching the development.
“With the ongoing developments at MediaCity, The Vaults is perfectly situated for commuters who are looking for boutique living complemented by a quick commute to both Salford and Manchester City Centre.”
He added: “For this reason, we are now looking for other development opportunities in the region.”
Reside Manchester and Barlow White have been appointed as joint agents.
