Home checks in with Principal Hayley Hotels
Integrated communications agency, Home, is excited to announce it will be working with Principal Hayley Hotels as the group’s lead creative and marketing agency.
Home’s appointment follows a competitive pitch and marks the start of a whole host of marketing activity to help promote the Group’s impressive portfolio of hotels up and down the country. The agency will be working on everything from planning, insight and brand strategy through to multi-channel creative and media.
While the Group’s HQ is Harrogate, North Yorkshire, Principal Hayley boasts a collection of 50+ iconic hotels in bustling UK cities as well as picturesque countryside locations, including the Hotel Russell in London and Royal York Hotel in York, to name but two.
The first project will be a full rebrand of the countryside hotel offering in light of spectacular refurbishments of the hotels after a multimillion pound investment from the US-based Starwood Group.
James Parkinson, Head of Marketing at Principal Hayley Hotels, says: “It’s an incredibly exciting time for Principal Hayley having had such a significant investment. We’re excited to be refurbing some of our most iconic hotels and we needed an agency that could help us celebrate this. Home won us over with a really impressive pitch, full of insight and fresh creative, and we’re looking forward to working with them.”
Sam Rainey, Managing Partner at Home, says: “We’re thrilled to have been chosen by Principal Hayley Hotels. They’ve got some seriously impressive hotels in their collection and we can’t wait to help bring their luxury brand proposition to life. It’s a huge account for us, with so much potential - we couldn’t be happier.”
