Liverpool’s Prospect GB delivers makeover at Chester Business Park
Developer Prospect GB has finished work on a refurb at Chester Business Park.
The project has overhauled 6,000 sq ft of space for the city’s businesses at International House, a detached building constructed in the mid-90s.
Following the makeover, a ground floor unit at International House now includes a board room, meeting space, a kitchen and break-out area and reception along with open-plan workspace.
Liverpool-based Prospect is now working to refurbish a 7,500 sq ft first-floor unit at International House that will be available in Q4 2016.
Chris Walker, the head of Prospect GB’s commercial division, said: “The suites at International House benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment which includes air conditioning, double glazing, suspended ceilings, new lighting, swipe card entry system, lighting motion sensors and raised floors.
“The building also enjoys 24-hour security, an on-site stand-by generator and barrier-controlled car park with a generous allocation of 62 spaces.”
Commercial estate agent Legat Owen is the agent on the scheme.
