New Appointments for Leading Wastewater Solutions Company
The North East’s leading water and wastewater treatment solutions company – Premier Tech Aqua (PTA) – has announced the appointment of two Regional Sales Managers and an Engineering Sales Manager to support the drive of the company’s continuous growth.
Bringing almost 30 years’ sales experience in the building trade, working for the likes of Jewson, British Gypsum and Nicholls and Clarke, Huw Morgan will be stepping into the position covering the regions of South Wales and South West. As a city and guilds qualified carpenter and joiner, Huw also successfully ran his own roofing company for several years.
Rob Gabriel, a long serving manager in the industry will also be joining the PTA team as Regional Sales Manager of East Anglia and South East England. Rob has a solid background of over ten years’ experience in off-mains drainage bringing to the role extensive industry knowledge.
As Regional Sales Managers, Huw and Rob will be responsible for building key relationships in the company’s target markets whilst also playing a major role in effectively building and communicating the PTA name within the UK.

Formerly known as Conder Aqua Solutions, the company has experienced an accelerated growth since it partnered with Canada based giant, Premier Tech Aqua (PTA) two year ago. And the progressive company has this year launched several new products and services, including a HDPE version of its flagship product – the Conder ASP Sewage Treatment Plant.
Speaking about his appointment, Rob said: “Having worked in the industry for a very long time, I have been very impressed by PTA’s growth and the sound investments that the company has made over the past number of years which has really driven the business forward. PTA is recognized in the industry for its continuous ability to deliver on lead time, availability and price, which very much drives the sector.
“I am looking forward to bringing my extensive experience and knowledge to both new and existing accounts, as I believe I will have a lot to add and will play a pivotal role in supporting PTA’s growth plans.”
As part of the company’s recruitment drive, Paul Hancock has also joined the PTA team as an Engineering Sales Manager in the South of England. Throughout his career, Paul has engaged in various senior positions across different industries from general management to sales management. His most noticeable achievement to date involved increasing the monthly turnover in his previous position at MST Ltd in his area by 400%.
Most recently, Paul acted as a regional sales manager for a national drainage company, where he played a pivotal role in the growth of the business for the past two years.
With over 40 years’ experience, PTA has built a solid reputation in delivering some of the country’s most advanced water and wastewater treatments across five sectors including; Wastewater, Rainwater Harvesting, Stormwater, Storage and Pumping Stations.
