Pizza Hut invests £350k in Bolton restaurant
Global dining brand Pizza Hut has revealed a £350k makeover at its restaurant in Bolton’s Middlebrook Retail Park.
The re-launch, which forms part of a multi-million pound UK-wide redesign programme, has expanded the restaurant’s offer with a new cocktail bar.
Pizza Hut said redesigned space will offer customers “a more open and inviting dining” experience while showcasing the restaurant’s “fresh food and modern atmosphere”.
Bolton Hut restaurant manager Megan Roberts said: “We can’t wait to show off our amazing Hut, the transformation is massive. We’ve worked really hard on this new look, there’s cool wall art and we’ve even got our very own cocktail bar.
“As well as pizza, our new menu has loads of new additions, like Kentucky Style BBQ Ribs and warm cookie dough. We’re excited for our guests to come and enjoy the new atmosphere as much as we do.”
Pizza Hut is now implementing a £60m refurbishment and restructuring programme across its entire UK portfolio, facilitated with investment from private equity firm Rutland Partners in 2012.
Scott Hibbert, a team member at the Bolton Hut, commented: “I’m really enjoying the new design, it looks great! I’m looking forward to the guests getting to sample our new menu – the Ultimate Thin pizza is definitely my favourite.”
