Hull’s ResQ reports best ever year as sales hit £12.5m

ResQ, the Hull-based outsourced communications firm, has reported its best ever year of trading with sales growing by 22% to £12.5m and over £1m EBITDA achieved.

This past June, the firm also opened a new call centre in Seaham, County Durham, with the creation of 1,200 new jobs expected over the next three years in IT, HR, training and support roles.

Advised by Mazars LLP, ResQ has seen turnover and profitability increase due to several strategic operational enhancements including a complete change in the firm’s internal IT structure.

The firm’s expansion is also being driven by customers who are returning contracts from overseas.

ResQ, a family owned and run business, provides sales and support services a range of blue chip clients across the digital, energy, retail and insurance sectors. ResQ currently employs nearly 700 people at its offices in Hull.
