HomeServe and Dee Valley Water announce strategic partnership
Leading home assistance provider, HomeServe, has signed a new partnership with Dee Valley Water – HomeServe’s 15th water partner - which provides water services to 250,000 people across the North East Wales and North West Cheshire regions.
HomeServe will work with Dee Valley to launch the first of a range of plumbing and drainage products for Customers, with its nationwide network of engineers providing these services across the two regions.

Dee Valley has a strong 150-year heritage and our new partnership with them marks the beginning of what we know will be an exciting opportunity for us.” said Martin. “Our two businesses share similar values, centred on making life easier for our Customers by delivering effortless service. We look forward to working with Dee Valley to provide home assistance to new Customers throughout North East Wales and North West Cheshire.”
Ian Plenderleith, Dee Valley Water CEO, added: “The service that HomeServe will deliver will provide our customers with the opportunity to access a suite of low-cost plans that will offer home assistance services including unexpected repairs.
