Land Securities welcomes two new tenants to 20 Eastbourne Terrace

Three new companies have taken space at Land Securities’ 20 Eastbourne Terrace development that brings the Paddington property close to capacity.

The property developer confirmed to the London Stock Exchange this morning that multinational software company Citrix and medical device manufacturer LivaNova would both be taking space at 18-storey tower.

The two deals, all on 10 year leases, sees both firms take a combined total of 24,000 sq ft of floorspace with Citrix letting floors 15 and 16, and LivaNova taking level four.

It means the Fletcher Priest-designed building has now reached 90% capacity ahead of its 2017 completion date, with existing customers including The Office Group and Coty having already taken space at Eastbourne.

Kaela Fenn-Smith, Head of Commercial at Land Securities, commented: “These lettings are a great endorsement of the product we have created at 20 Eastbourne Terrace.

“By putting the needs of our customer at the heart of our building design, we continue to attract a diverse range of businesses to our space.”

CBRE and JLL advised Land Securities in the deal, while Cushman & Wakefield advised Citrix and Deloitte Real Estate advised LivaNova.
