A Walk in the Customer’s Shoes
Sheards Accountants Connection16 is back
On Thursday 22nd September, leading Huddersfield accountancy firm Sheards Accountancy will be holding another free peer group event, Connection, in conjunction with Challenging Leaders.
The event will welcome guest speaker Anthony Brook, CEO and founder of Challenging Leaders, who will provide an insight into customer service, sales and retention covering some need to know principles and practices for businesses.
The session will cover the following:
- Appreciating relationships and real VALUE
- Being clear about how you like to be treated when you’re the customer
- How to practice applying the above in order to appreciate, and shape your customers’ experience
- Recall why it costs more to attract new customers than to cherish those you have
Following this, guests will have the chance to network with other businesses over a light lunch.
Kevin Winterburn, Director of Sheards Accountancy commented:
“We’re really excited to welcome to Anthony Brook to our next Connection16 event. The events are always really popular so we urge any local businesses wishing to come along to book early.”
The event, which is free to attend and includes lunch, will take place at Lockwood RUFC from 11.30am – 1.30pm.
Places are limited, so please reserve your space for Connection16 here: https://sheardsaccountants-connection16.eventbrite.co.uk
