Honours for Hendy Ford customer services advisor
Excellence in customer service has netted Fareham-based Stuart Layton an award from Ford Motor Company.
Stuart, who works at Hendy Ford as a customer services advisor, was presented with two awards – one for the top advisor within the south coast group and a second for a regional win.
In addition to Stuart’s individual awards, staff from Hendy Group made up eight of the top 10 service advisers in the region in the first half of 2016.
Stuart was presented with his awards by Ford district manager Andy Lee who said that customer satisfaction is key to any business and responsible for customer retention and referrals.
“Hendy Group is now in the top five large dealers in the country,’’ said Andy. “Service advisors such as Stuart are effectively ambassadors for Hendy Ford and the Ford Motor Company.”
Stuart Fitt, customer service development manager for Hendy Group said he was delighted with the company’s success and with Stuart’s achievements. “We take customer satisfaction extremely seriously and this positive feedback from our customers makes us extremely proud.”
