Stockbroker AJ Bell to establish Salford Quays HQ
Online investment platform and stock broking services firm AJ Bell is establishing a new headquarters in Salford Quays.
The firm will relocate around 450 employees from its Manchester HQ at Trafford House to the 94,037 sq ft Number 4 Exchange Quay, in a move that will support its continued growth strategy.
The agents for Exchange Quay are Canning O’Neill and Savills, while commercial property advisors Altus Edwin Hill represented AJ Bell.
Founded in 1995, today AJ Bell has over 131k customers and assets under administration exceeding £28bn. The company also owns a London-based financial publishing business called AJ Bell Media and a stockbroking firm based in Tunbridge Wells.

Hunter has invested £10m to upgrade all six office buildings at Exchange Quay to Grade-A specification.
