Amplience Delivers Powerful Visual Personalisation with Product Customization for Dynamic Media

Extension offers lower content production costs and double-digit increases in engagement and conversion

Amplience, the Big Content Cloud, announced an extension to its Dynamic Media service that solves the image production problem for retailers who have a wide range of customisable product categories. These products can feature many variants of colour, fabric and accessory, and can be personalised with monograms and other personal details. The new Dynamic Media services that power the Product Customization solution dynamically generate colour variants from existing photography, enable on-demand image substitutions and support sophisticated text based personalisation.

Amplience Product Customization empowers shoppers to more accurately visualise and personalise the product they want to purchase. It enables online retailers to cost-effectively generate the full range of digital content they need to sell the complete product range, while also differentiating the brand experiences by offering user-configurable personalisation options.

Powerful tools for outstanding results

The Product Customization App runs within the Amplience Content Hub. it supports the development, testing and visualisation of scalable vector graphic (SVG) templates, and provides a comprehensive workflow with user task assignment and SVG approval status. Contact sheets can be generated that show the output of each SVG template – the SVG can then be ‘rejected’ or ‘approved’ by business users, which significantly reduces production time and development costs.
