Ludbrooks Achieves Gold Standard from British Property Awards
Ludbrooks Estate Agents are celebrating having just won The British Property Award for Halifax, and have been shortlisted for both regional and national awards.
Established in mid-2015, Northowram based Ludbrooks has expanded rapidly across Calderdale providing sales and lettings alongside their recent drone surveys of properties.
The awards will be announced on 9th September at a ceremony to be presented by Martin Roberts from Homes Under the Hammer.
The British Property Awards provides agents throughout the UK an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local as well as regional and national competition. Agents who go that extra mile and have outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with the accolade.
Darren Ludbrook, Managing Director of Ludbrooks estates, commented “As a fairly new estate agency, it is fantastic to be recognized so early in our history as providing high levels of service”.
“We are always trying to innovate with our sales and marketing strategies to ensure our customers get the best value for money, but service is a key focus for us and to receive this award is a real testament to our efforts.”
The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged. Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said “Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our award has also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our accolades, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Any agent that has been attributed with our award should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for local competition.”
