Iraq War veteran expands estate agency business into Heswall

Estate agents Andrew’s Estates has expanded its Wirral footprint with a seventh office in Heswall.

The new base, located at 20 Pensby Road, joins a network of offices spanning Bebington, Little Sutton, Moreton, Neston, Prenton and Wallasey.

The company’s founder, Andrew Smith, established the business in 2009 as Andrew’s Lets before rebranding in 2011.

Andrew, who previously worked in Baghdad as a private security consultant after serving as a member of the Parachute Regiment during the Iraq War, said: “I am delighted to be opening our seventh branch in Heswall with my fellow directors Ben Adams and Dan Hewitt.

“Ben and Dan are extremely experienced estate agents who previously worked for one of the North West’s biggest agents before joining Andrew’s Estates.”

He continued: “Having established ourselves as the largest independent estate agent in the Wirral, we felt the time was right to open for business in Heswall.

“The Andrew’s Estates team has worked incredibly hard over the last seven years to build a trusted brand that puts customer service and innovation at the centre of everything we do.”

Company director Ben, who lives in Heswall, commented: “Dan and I know Heswall extremely well and have many local connections.

“Along with Andrew, we have committed our own money to making Heswall a reality. The feedback we have had already has been fantastic.”
