These are hectic times for the Citroen and DS brands with new models appearing on a regular basis. Town Centre Citroen & DS is taking steps to ensure that customer service continues at a high standard to cope with the increased activity.
Following the appointment of Chris Marshall as Sales Director, the company’s expansion programme sees the further appointment of four key personnel to ensure TCC continues as one of the UK’s biggest and most successful dealers.
Experienced Fleet Sales Executive Peter Berry joins TCC’s Business Centre to develop the commercial side of the business. He will assist Mark Johnston in promoting the award winning “Ready to Run” programme which features specialised versions of Citroen vans. He will be involved with contract hire and wheelchair access vehicles., and oversee the launch of the brand new Citroen Dispatch. With prices starting at £17,540 (plus VAT and fees) and power coming from Citroen’s powerful yet highly efficient BlueHDI diesel engines, the Dispatch is already proving to be hugely popular.
Karen Raynsford joins the retail team. She’s already attracting 5 star Citroen Advisor reviews on the towncentrecitroen.com website
Blaine Walton returns to the motor industry take up a Service Advisor role. He’ll be supported by Emma O Reilly in the newly created position of Customer Retention Advisor
