Enjoy Digital Helps Children’s Charity Have Social Impact
Enjoy Digital has been appointed by children’s charity, Variety, to provide social media management of its events programme, which raises funds to provide vital support for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children across Yorkshire.
The Leeds-based digital marketing agency will work on Variety’s calendar of events which includes the Yorkshire Residential Property Awards, to be held in October at the Queens Hotel in Leeds.
Established in 1949, Variety helps children throughout the UK who are sick, disabled or disadvantaged by providing practical support and memorable experiences through childhood outings.
Charlotte Farringdon, Regional Development Manager for Variety Yorkshire, said: “We are thrilled Enjoy Digital will be assisting with our busy events programme throughout Yorkshire, to boost social media engagement that is so integral to our fundraising efforts.
Events such as the Yorkshire Commercial Property Awards, Residential Property Awards and Yorkshire Business Awards are very high profile, and so we needed to find a digital agency with the level of social media expertise to maximise their presence.“
Jonathan Filewood, Managing Director of Enjoy Digital, added: “We’re looking forward to working with Variety across their forthcoming events, by driving social media interaction and helping the charity raise awareness in one of its biggest regions - Yorkshire.”
Enjoy Digital operates internationally from its base in Leeds. Its team of 40 work with a range of leading brands including; Bank of Ireland, Costcutter, and global IT distributor Arrow ECS.
